The final test

Fifteen questions, one or two from every lesson. The five lessons where a mistake costs the most, safe pasting, asking why, arithmetic, guardrails and rolling it out, get two each. Most are situations from a working day to think through, not definitions to recall. Pass with 12 of 15, which is 80%, and you can get your certificate of completion.

How it works

  • You need all ten lesson checks passed first. The test stays closed until you have.
  • Take it as often as you like. Your best score is kept, and a pass is never taken away.
  • After each try you see which answers were right, and why.
  • When you pass, you enter the name to print on your certificate. You get a certificate number that anyone can look up.

What the certificate is, and isn't

It is a certificate of completion for AI at the Gemba, a free course by Paul Ducey. It is awarded for passing every knowledge check and scoring at least 12 of 15 on this test.

It is not a professional certification, academic credit, a Lean Six Sigma belt, or a credential from or an endorsement by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Microsoft or any other AI company.

Every certificate has a number. Anyone can look up a certificate number to confirm it's real, and the page shows the name and date on it. You choose the name that's printed, so use the one you want people to see.
