For people who work in cannabis, from the grow to the counter. No Lean background needed. Ten lessons with a knowledge check and a floor task each, a final test, and a certificate of completion. The area guides, walk sheets, scorecards and huddle boards for cultivation, post-harvest, manufacturing, packaging and retail are part of the lessons.
