These terms govern access to the Massachusetts cannabis market intelligence reports (the "Reports") published by Paul Ducey at paulducey.com ("we," "us"). By submitting your email to unlock a Report, you agree to the terms below.
The Reports are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They are not legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, regulatory, or professional advice, and do not create any advisory or professional relationship between you and us. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making any business, licensing, investment, or compliance decision. Nothing in the Reports is an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or operate any business or security.
The Reports are built from public Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) open data and named, publicly available news reporting. They contain no store-level, customer, or proprietary figures. Many values are directional estimates derived from public aggregates, not an exact census or a forecast model, and the underlying public data is periodically revised. We make no warranty that any figure, estimate, or interpretation is complete, current, or error-free.
The Reports are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Reports at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Paul Ducey and paulducey.com from, and agree that we will not be liable for, any loss, damage, or claim — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or related to your access to, reliance on, or use of the Reports or the data within them. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Reports.

What we collect and why:
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. The Reports concern a state-regulated adult-use industry and are intended for industry professionals and adults 21+.
The Reports are made available for your own review and internal use. Please don't republish or redistribute a Report in whole as if it were your own; short excerpts with attribution to paulducey.com/reports are welcome.
