Part 1. The shift log. OEE = good count × ideal cycle time ÷ planned time (ideal cycle time 0.5 min). Work each run out by hand, then compare with what the assistant gave you in three fresh chats. Write what it gave, and mark any that differ from yours.
| Run | By hand | Chat 1 | Chat 2 | Chat 3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| R2 | ||||
| R3 | ||||

| Whole shift (from column totals) |
- The code was shown, with a table of intermediate results.
- R4's blank was flagged and not filled.
- Rows in and rows out were given, and they matched.
- Every number carried a [DATA], [USER] or [NEEDS GEMBA] tag.
- When I set R2's good count above its total, it flagged the problem.
Part 2. Line 4, week 38. Check at least two numbers by hand before you use any of the rest.
| What I checked | By hand | What the assistant gave |

| Minutes by shift, as a share of the total | ||
| Minutes by day |
What do the shifts and days show that the average hides?
