Fix nothing. Start the timer at the last good unit (or last plant out). Stop it at the first good unit (or first plant in). Tag each activity I (equipment had to be stopped), E (could have happened earlier or later) or R (a rule, label or your own procedure requires it). Use generic labels, such as "clean step 3". Leave out strains, customers and counts.
